★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 図書館は窓側に椅子がありゆっくり本が読めます?いつも小さい子ども達が お母さんと一緒にいます。見ていて心温まります。2階に行くとパソコンができるし勉強してる高校生もいます。静かでいい場所ですよ。
 The library has a chair on the window side so you can read a book slowly ? Small children are always with my mom. It's warm to watch. If you go to the second floor, you can make a computer and some high school students are studying. It's a quiet and nice place.

コロナ対策のため、使用前に2階総合受付で申込をします。
いわゆる、図書館の中の学習スペースでは無いので色々な声や音はしますが、大きい机を一人で使わせてもらえるのでありがたいです。
駐車場は道向かい。
3階から連結有り。
施設はキレイで素晴らしいです。
近所の方が羨ましい。
The study space is on the 3rd floor.
To prevent corona, apply at the general reception on the 2nd floor before use.
It's not a so-called study space in the library, so I can make various voices and sounds, but I'm grateful that I can use a large desk alone.
The parking lot is across the road.
There is a connection from the 3rd floor.
The facility is clean and wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 図書館を始め、市役所機能の出先など便利です。中高生位の若い子も多く見かけます。地域の生活に必要な機能の中心になってくれると良いと思います。勉強と買い物ができるので、食事とお風呂施設がより充実すると益々一日過ごせる場所になると思います。
It is convenient to go to the library or the city hall function. I see many young children in middle and high school. I hope it will become the center of the functions necessary for local life. Since you can study and shop, I think that if the food and bath facilities are improved, it will become a place where you can spend more and more days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 市立図書館、子育て支援センターなどが入る複合施設です。テスト前の土日などは、中高生で賑わいます。開館から、10年以上経ちましたが、利用者さんの心がけで、綺麗な建物が維持されています。
It is a complex facility that houses a municipal library and a child-rearing support center. On Saturdays and Sundays before the test, it is crowded with junior and senior high school students. It has been more than 10 years since the building opened, but the beautiful building has been maintained with the intention of the users.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても新しくて明るい雰囲気に不快感を感じません。また図書館の本の種類参考書、楽譜の種類が豊富だったりでとても素敵です。でも図書館にあった古い本(昔の合唱曲集など)がなくなってしまっていて残念でした。塩尻市から引っ越しをした今でも、ちょくちょくこちらを利用しております！
I don't feel uncomfortable with the very new and bright atmosphere. Also, the library has a wide variety of reference books and sheet music, which is very nice. But it was a pity that the old books (old chorus collections, etc.) in the library were gone. Even now that I have moved from Shiojiri City, I still use it frequently!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 館内は綺麗で、外部（塩尻市民でない人）でも気軽に利用でき、とても良い施設でした。
WiFiも簡単に繋げて集中して勉強や仕事ができる贅沢な環境です。
The inside of the facility was beautiful and could be easily used by people outside (non-Shiojiri citizens), so it was a very good facility.
It is a luxurious environment where you can easily connect to WiFi and concentrate on your studies and work.
