s	sabo bosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 季節の花が楽しめる西山公園の近くにあり、すごーく気になっていたお店。今回、仕事仲間の女性の方にお洒落なお菓子を頂いたので、そのお礼に…と思い来訪。ケーキ屋さんってどこいってもレイアウトが可愛らしく、テンションが上がります。こちらのお店も同様です！? なので色々と悩みましたが、焼き菓子アソート(ラッピング済)と、ついでに自宅用に苺タルト(季節限定)&苺ショートを購入。 ★袋は有料になります(今回は自宅用なので利用せず) どちらかというと甘さが控えめのケーキが好きな自分ですが、今回購入したタルトもイチゴショートも甘さ控えめ気味です。スポンジのキメはあり口当たりは良い&生クリームのコク感はアッサリ。タルト生地は甘ったるくないのがよかったんですが、少し硬いかな？サイズや苺のボリュームもコンパクトでかつアッサリとなると、個人的に少しだけ物足りない感はありました。 (ただ自分がお店に入ってから年配の女性の方や男性のお客様が次々と来店されていたのでファンは多そうな印象でした) 次回機会があれば自分用に焼き菓子を購入してみたいです。 Located near Nishiyama Park where you can enjoy seasonal flowers, this shop was really interesting.
