y	yoshi nabe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シャツに汗染みがありクリーニングもしくは染み抜きで落としてもらおうと伺った際に「これは落ちませんがどうなさいます？」と… 対応の仕方もさる事ながら前に使っていたクリーニング店ではこれらの汗染みだと染み抜きをしなくてクリーニングで綺麗に落としてもらっていたのでかなり腑に落ちずに仕方なく帰ることに。何とか自分でやるしか無く家でワイドハイターに30分つけ置きし、洗濯すると綺麗に汗染みは落ちた。染み抜きの知識があるのはフロントスタッフでは1名のみだと思われます。それ以外の知識の無い方に当たるとその方の主観で判断されますし、対応もかなり自己的で悪い。また、シャツのクリーニングの際も同じシャツなのにYシャツかシャツ扱いで毎回違う。 ※因みにYシャツとシャツでは金額が違う極め付けにシャツの染み抜きをお願いし、出来上がったら連絡をくれるとの事なのに一向に連絡が無く、痺れを切らし電話で確認したら「もう出来上がってますよ。取りに来て下さい」ときたものだ… 悪びれる様子も無く流石にこれがトドメとなりもう二度と行くことの無いクリーニング店となりました… 毎回の洗濯が面倒で安い仕事用のYシャツ等をお願いするには良いかもしれないがそれ以外の使い方には疑問を感じる店です。その際にはYシャツかシャツかで料金が違うのでしっかり確認はしましょう！！ I had a sweat stain on my shirt, and when I asked him to clean it or remove it, he said, "This won't come off, what should I do?"
