完全にギア6にできなくされました。

ネットで品番・カラー・値段・サイズを調べて全てスクショしてスタッフさんに見せる様に伝えました。
それなのに
商品は違う
カラーもピンクでも写真と全く違う
(写真はショッキングピンク→スタッフが売ったのは桜色くらいのピンク)
値段もかなり高い
サイズも２７インチが欲しかったのに26インチ
本当に最低です。
スクショの品番もサイズもしっかり確認せず高い似た商品を売りつけたとしか思えません。
親も70歳、スクショした文字が見えないので全て画像を見せたら済むと思っていた私が悪いのも分かってますが、対応も最悪だったそうです。
怒鳴りに行きたいところですが毎日お仕事で自転車屋には行けず自転車は必要なので交換・返金には行きませんがもう一生行きません。
星を1つもつけたくないぐらいです

I checked the product number, color, price, and size on the net and told them to show it to the staff after all.

Color and pink are completely different from the photo
(The picture is shocking pink → The staff sold pink in pink)
The price is also quite high
I wanted a size of 27 inches, but 26 inches
Really the worst.
I can only think that I sold a similar product without checking the product number and size of the screenshot.
My parents were 70 years old, and I knew that I couldn't do anything if I showed them all because I couldn't see the characters I was feeling, but I know it was bad, but it seems that the response was also the worst.
I want to yell, but I can't go to a bicycle shop because I work every day and I need a bicycle, so I can't go for a replacement or refund, but I'll never go again.
