バイトが適当に作ってる。
貢茶が出来てからは客がいるところを見たことない。

そして、ミルクティーも茶色だったので、評価1をつけさせていただきます。味はまずまずでした。ゴンチャの方が美味しかったです。
I went with a friend but tapioca was brown.
And the milk tea was brown, so I will give it a rating of 1. The taste was ok. Goncha was more delicious.

I like this place at Tapioca. Some people say it's sweet, but I'm sure it's something I've never been to, or it's a sweet one that I didn't know. There are quite a few products that you can choose sweetness! ?Delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 池袋店に行き美味しさに感動して、川越に何回か訪れた事ありますが、いつもイチゴミルクに果肉が入っていません。公式HPにも果肉入りとうたっているのに‥。店によって作り方が違うのでしょうか？果肉が入っていないのに入ってる店舗と同じ値段なのは、うーん‥といった感じです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タピオカはたまに硬いときありますがだいたいいつもモチモチでドリンクも種類豊富で美味しい。私のオススメはジャスミンミルクティー♡
しかしここの店舗に限っては機械の故障、カラータピオカ品切れ、生クリーム欠品のためホイップ商品販売中止等々…やる気あるのか疑問に思うトラブルが多すぎる。先日のカップ欠品のためドリンク全品販売中止のときはさすがに笑うしかありませんでした。。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔からあるタピオカ屋さんでクレープも売っています。 値段が安くコスパがいいのでたまに飲みたくなります。 タピオカ2倍など追加メニューもあるので自分好みのドリンクが作れるのがいいと思いました。
You can buy crepes at an old tapioca shop. Because the price is cheap and the cospa is good, I sometimes want to drink. There are additional menus such as double tapioca so I thought it would be nice to be able to make your favorite drink.

誰もお客さんが居なかったのですが自分のまかない用らしきクレープを焼いていて、カウンターから声をかけたらまずそのクレープをしっかり作り上げて、それをしまって、出てるものを全て片付けてカウンターを拭きあげて、それからやっと対応されました。
片付けるのは確かに偉いですけど…お客さんを３分ほど待たせてまですることでしょうか。
お待たせしました等の言葉も無く、無愛想で早口で何言ってるか分からない接客。
同じ接客業をしてる身として恥ずかしいくらいでした。
出来上がった品もちゃんと混ざってなくて、妙に甘い塊が入ってたり色々最悪でした。
値段ケチッた私が馬鹿でした。ゴンチャに行きます。
