歩道に乗り上げ駐車するのはれっきとした駐車違反ですが、運転手は格好つけてるのか、どういうつもりで駐車しているのかわかりませんが、それを容認しているお店もどうかと思います。
お店は地域住民のことをどう考えているのでしょうか？
いくら腕が良くてもモラルが良くないというのは良いお店とは言えません。
