コロナウイルスの注射でおせわになりました。先生方は当番制?なのかその都度違います。かかりつけ医としては適してないのかも?受付の方も親切でテキパキしています。急に行く時もオンライン問診してから行くとスムーズです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供が濃厚接触者になり、探し回ってやっとの思いで予約を取り、行ったら検査出来ませんって。子供連れで大変な思いをして連れて行ったのに追い返される。
福祉保健局のサイトにも載っているし、HPにもPCR検査を実施していると書いているのに。
確かにこのコロナの状況でめちゃくちゃ大変な勤務状況になっているのはわかります。政府が右往左往してるので、病院も対応に困っている事と思います。
ですが、HPの変更くらいすぐできると思います。
これ以上、戸惑う人達が出ないように早急に変更してください。
不満もありますが、医療従事者を応援してるので星3つで。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナワクチン接種会場になっているため尋常じゃないほど待たされる。そちらを優先されるなら、そもそも予約を取らせる意味が無いのでは?大体具合の悪い子供が長時間待つのが難しいからの予約では?期待を裏切られ、がっかり。
交代制の為医師にも当たり外れがいる。混んで忙しいのはこちらには関係ない。一生懸命症状を説明しても言ってることが分からないと言われると怒りを通り越して呆れる。
小児医療よりワクチンの方が儲かりますよね?専用の時間や窓口でも設定されてはいかがでしょう?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been visiting here since a long time cause this was the only English speaking clinic in the area. The diagnosis is very poor, it's never been accurate. I started visiting because my daughter always had cough..they kept on saying it's common cough and cold and eventually it increased to the extent of pnemunia.
I thought it might be just one off. Next time also when cough started again, they stated with normal cough treatment. After realising it's not deceeasind, they put her on asthma treatment and sadly the cough increased a lot after taking those medicine. When consulted again they put her on a different treatment.
Its too random. I changed my mind n now consult at some other place.
