★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 検査は、インターネットを利用して予約して行きました。5分ほど入り口で寒いなか待ちました。係員の方に中へ案内され座って2分ほど待ちました。
順番が来てからは、10分程で検査を完了しました。
先ずアンケート形式の用紙(裏表記載)を渡されて記入。検査に関する同意事項、住所氏名などを記入して渡すと身分証明書の提示を求められます。運転免許証を出しました。次に検査キットを渡されて直ぐとなりの検査室へ行くように言われて検査室へ移動。そこに検査のやり方を詳しく書いてあります。それをみながら唾液を検査キットへ入れます。入れ終われば、検査室を出て左手の提出窓口の提出ラックへ置いて完了です。
駐車場の端に検査会場があります。
換気の為、ドアは開いたままです。暖かい格好で行ってください。私は車で行きました。駐車料金は100円でした。
簡単でスムーズでした。午前11時に検査を受けてその日の16時40分頃メールで検査結果が届きました。
 I made a reservation for the inspection using the Internet. I waited for about 5 minutes at the entrance in the cold. The staff guided me inside and sat down and waited for about 2 minutes.
After it was my turn, the inspection was completed in about 10 minutes.
First, you will be given a questionnaire-style form (listed on both sides) and fill it out. You will be asked to show your ID if you fill in the agreement regarding the inspection, your name and address, and hand it over. I issued a driver's license. Next, I was given the test kit and was told to go to the next test room immediately and moved to the test room. The inspection method is described in detail there. While watching it, put saliva into the test kit. When you have finished putting it in, leave the examination room and place it in the submission rack at the submission window on your left.
There is an inspection site at the end of the parking lot.
The door remains open for ventilation. Please dress warmly. I went by car. The parking fee was 100 yen.
It was easy and smooth. I was inspected at 11:00 am and received the inspection result by e-mail at around 16:40 on that day.
