子供のころから噛みあわせが悪く（受け口）、特に治療もしていなかったため、ずっとコンプレックスでした。
大人になってからの治療は難しいと諦めていたころ、クリニックの治療方針を知り、インプラント治療を受けています。
こちらのクリニックを選んだ決め手は治療終了後でも定期的にメンテナンスを受ければ10年保証があるという点。大人になってからのインプラント治療は不安もありますが、専門的な知識が豊富なお医者様に任せていれば安心ですよ。

今回インプラント治療して思ったのは歯ってすごく大事だと改めて痛感。
営業職なのにあまりにも歯がみっともなくて結婚前提に付き合っている彼女にも彼女の両親にも、自分の両親にもインプラント治療を勧められ結婚して子供が出来る前に治療を受けようと想い受けました。
費用は多少かかっても歯は一生物なので東京中の評判のいいインプラント治療歯科を探しここを見つけました。

受付に関しては接客の自覚がなく言葉一つ一つにイラッとさせられます。
例えばこちらが「20日は空いていますか？」と聞くと、「全く空いていません！(ピシャリ)」といった具合。立地がいいからなのか、かなり殿様商売で接客には手を抜いていますね。
また、歯科衛生士の質もピンキリだと思います。
オフィスホワイトニングをした時に、歯茎に薬剤を付けられてヒリヒリと沁みてしまったので泣く泣く中断をしたのだが一切謝罪の言葉はありませんでした。彼女が言ったのは「続けますか？止めますか？」だけでした。
とにかく気分が悪くなるので転院しました。

最初は虫歯が痛くて『とびこみ』で治療して頂きました。よく調べもせず。
しかし、その時の処置が素晴らしく、本当に助かりました。
それまでは悪くなってから歯医者さんに行っていましたが、普段からのメンテナンスの重要性にあらためて気付かされました。
今では毎日の手入れはもちろん、３か月ごとの定期メンテナンスを欠かさず行ない、気になるところはその都度相談しています。
やはり、歯は身体の入り口。健康の入り口ですから大事にしたいものです。
このクリニックは東京駅の京葉線側にあり、八重洲、有楽町にも行きやすく、場所的に雰囲気も良いです。
治療を受ける際に新幹線が見える診療台に座れば、タイミングがよければ『新幹線ドクターイエロー』を見ることも。
実際、私はここで２度見ました。
ドクターが的確な診察・治療をしてくださるのも安心です。
院内の照明、レイアウトも好きですし、衛生士さんも親切で丁寧。
そして受付の方も本当に素敵です。

I like the lighting and layout in the hospital, and the hygienists are kind and polite.

仕事終わりに行くのにも、休日のお出かけ前にちょっと寄って行くのにもぴったりだと思います。
先生の施術も丁寧で的確なので、歯について少しでも不安なことがあればすぐにチェックしてもらうようにしています。そのおかげで、丸の内デンタルクリニックに行き始めてから虫歯はゼロになりました。これからも歯の悩みが出来ればすぐに行かせてもらいます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付に非常に態度の悪い方(中年の女性)がいます。その方の上から目線でめんどくさそうな口調で度々不愉快な気持ちになります。初めの1-2回はたまたま機嫌が悪い日なのかな、とあまり気に留めませんでしたが、やはり毎回のことです。
機材なども新しく、綺麗な環境です。歯科衛生士さんも皆優しく仕事が丁寧なため、なおさら残念です。
東京駅周辺にはたくさんのデンタルクリニックが所在しているので特にこちらにこだわる必要はない気がしてきました。
PCPデンタルさんにはぜひスタッフトレーニングなどをご検討いただき、立地の良さだけに頼らず、より丁寧な対応を目指していただきたいです。
