★ ★ ★ ★ ★ これまで中古パソコンを4台購入しました。1台目購入の時は「中古だから」という先入観がありましたが、届いて見てみると、新品かと思うくらい細部まで綺麗でした。1台目はHPパソコンで、それが良かったので、その後3台すべてHPパソコンです。5年前のPCにメモリ一杯積んで、2年前にはHDをSSDに交換して、今でも快適に使えています。特選品は3年保証が付いているのですが、購入した状態で送らないと、修理、もしくは交換できないみたい（当たり前ですが）なので注意が必要です。
 I have purchased 4 used PCs so far. When I bought the first one, I had a preconceived notion that it was used, but when I received it, the details were so beautiful that I thought it was new. The first one was an HP computer, which was good, so after that all three were HP computers. I loaded a full memory on my PC 5 years ago and replaced the HD with an SSD 2 years ago, and I can still use it comfortably. The special products come with a 3-year warranty, but you need to be careful because it seems that you cannot repair or replace them unless you send them in the purchased state (it is natural).

評判通りの厳重梱包で、翌日の午前中に配達、早く手にしたかったので助かりました。
パソコンの中を開けると中古とは思えない程綺麗にしてありました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年末にpcのキーボードが壊れ、取り急ぎ注文、迅速な対応ありがたかったですが、残念ながら注文したPCのキーボードに入力できない箇所が数箇所あり対応をお願いしましたがWindowsのアップデート等で直ることもありのでと、メールのやりとりがあり、やってみましたが直りませんでした。修理センターにて対応またはこうかんとのことですが、その後の対応に全く返答がなく困っている状態です。購入対応期間が過ぎるのを待っているのでしょうか？とても不安です。結局年末年始にパソコンを使うことも出来ず去年に壊れたpcをまだ使っている状態です。こんなことなら新品を購入しておれば良かったと後悔しています。
キーボードの交換パーツの対応はしてもらってますが元のノートパソコンが壊れ注文をしたのが年末、現在は1月末の火曜日です。まる1ヶ月パソコンを使った仕事が自宅で出来なくてまだかかりそうなことを考えると、先が見えません。
The keyboard of the PC broke at the end of last year, and I was grateful for the urgent order and quick response, but unfortunately there were some places where I could not input to the keyboard of the PC I ordered, so I asked for support, but it may be fixed by updating Windows etc. So, there was an email exchange, and I tried it, but it didn't fix. I heard that the repair center will take care of it, but I am in trouble because there is no response after that. Are you waiting for the purchase support period to expire? I'm very anxious. After all, I couldn't use my computer during the New Year holidays, and I'm still using the pc that was broken last year. I regret that I should have bought a new one in such a case.
I have a replacement part for the keyboard, but the original laptop broke and I placed an order at the end of the year, now on Tuesday at the end of January. Considering that I couldn't work with a computer for a whole month at home and it would still take me, I can't see the future.
