M	Moll Frith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗は綺麗になったけど狭くなったぶん品揃えが微妙で前の方が絶対良かった。アップルストアみたいにしたいのかもしれないけど今のやり方じゃ無理ですよ。あとストアマネージャーが最悪でした。書類も不十分なまま渡すし自分の不備は棚に上げて高圧的だし、知識不足が見て取れる。専門店が近所に無いから緊急時のみ利用していますが、ますます利用価値無くなってきたな。 The store was clean but narrow and the product lineup was subtle and the front was absolutely better. You may want to make it look like an Apple store, but that's not possible. The store manager was the worst. I hand over the papers inadequate, and my deficiencies are on the shelves and are high-pressure, so I can see the lack of knowledge. Since there is no specialty store in the neighborhood, I use it only in an emergency, but the value of use is becoming increasingly lost.

群	群馬の大将 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年利用してなくて最近寄ってみたら昔は大量にあったパーツ関連がほとんど無く私の利用する理由は無くなってしまいました。代わりにスマートフォンやタブレットなどが多種有り使い方が基本分からない人向けのショップとなっていました。もちろんただではなく契約や使用方法メンテナンスはわからないけど金なら出せる人向けであり。私のニーズからは離れていますが設定や利用方法を金銭で解決しても良いという方には宜しいのではないでしょうか？ I haven't used it for a few years, and when I stopped by recently, there were almost no parts related to it in the past, and there was no reason to use it. C	C I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ノートパソコンの修理で来店しましたが、古くて部品がないから修理できない、バッテリーが膨張している、との事。ものを落としてから起動しなくなったからマザーボードの故障ではないかと言っても取り合ってもらえず、マザーボードではなくバッテリーの膨張が原因と言い張っていました。どう見てもバッテリーは膨張したようには見えず、接客も横柄だったため、そのまま帰りました。帰り際にお客様情報の書類の破棄をお願いしたら、私の目の前で破いていました。後日、ほかの修理店にPCを持ち込んだところ、バッテリーは膨張していないとのことでした。おそらくマザーボードのトラブルとの事で、私の見立てと一致していました。診断、技術、接客ともに評価に値しません。★ゼロにしたいところです。追記ほかの修理店で修理できました。テレビでPCデポのCM見るけど…それだけのお金があるなら、社員教育をしっかりして欲しいです。 I came to the store to repair my laptop, but I heard that it was too old to repair because there were no parts, and that the battery was inflated. J	JIRU TARU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久々に伺わせてもらったのですが1/3くらいの規模になっていました。しかもその1/3は身分証明書の写真を撮るスペースや携帯電話の使い方教室、1/3はタブレットや携帯電話の販売ブースになっていて PCコーナーは奥にちょこんとある程度。 PCデポというのにPCグッズは　電気屋さんの方が品揃えがあるイメージで期待はずれもいいところでした。 I asked him after a long time, but it was about 1/3 of the scale.
