コロナでテイクアウト専門になり、おまけにネットで人気が出たせいか、予約を入れる客が続出。そのため今は予約なしでいきなり行くと予約優先のため、20分くらい待たされる
予約は店を開けている時なら開店前でも受けつけるとのこと
12時過ぎに予約なしで行くと売り切れで食べられない時もある
昔はこんなことなかったし、そこまでして食うほどの価値があるかとも思うけど、安くて美味くてがっつり飯なので、思わずたまに食べたくなる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 亀戸駅付近に有る有名な中華料理店のレバ丼より味が濃く、辛味があるので私はこちらの方が好きです。
値段も役半額ですし、トッピングや辛さを選べるのが良い。
開店から数年は昼前から夜までやってたのですが最近は数量を絞ったのか、早いと開店から一時間程でご飯が無いとか売り切れが有ります。
本当に作りたてが一番美味しく、持ち帰りで少しでも温度下がったり5分も経っても味が格段に落ちるので、是非とも店内で出来たてをしょくするのを強くお勧めします。(もしくは持ち帰りで受け取って、その場ですぐ食べる)
(持ち帰りと食べ比べて貰うと言ってる意味判って貰えると思います)
この辺りのB級グルメの王道だと思います
I like this one because it has a stronger and more spicy taste than the famous Chinese restaurant Leva Don near Kameido Station.

I've been doing it from noon to night for several years since the store opened, but recently I've narrowed down the quantity, and at the earliest, it's about an hour after the store opens and there are no rice or sold out.
It's really delicious when it's freshly made, and the temperature drops even a little when you take it home, and the taste drops dramatically even after 5 minutes, so it's highly recommended that you make it fresh in the store. (Or take it home and eat it on the spot)
(I think you can understand the meaning of saying that you should eat and compare with take-out)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レバー特有のボソボソ感も少なく、レバーの食感が苦手な人は食べられるかもですね。
とにかく味がウマイ!
ビールが無性に欲しくなる味付けですが、しょっぱいと言うよりは濃厚。
20分程待ちましたが、その間もお客さんが次々来店し、待つ組、帰る組と別れますが、僕は待ってでも食べる価値があると思います。
トッピング無しの大盛で500円とリーズナブルなのも高評価。
20分待って5分で完食(笑)

トラックやタクシーの人達がまとめ買いする店だからなのかもしれませんが、私一人で行った時にはぶっきらぼうな対応で、お客より店主がだいぶ上という感じの悪い店でした。
The store owner's response is the worst.
Maybe it's because trucks and taxis buy in bulk, but when I went alone, the store was blunt and the owner was a lot better than the customers.

人気のお店なので早めの訪問が吉です。
日によっては昼過ぎには売り切れもあります。あと、店主さんがワンオペで頑張っていらっしゃるので、タイミングによっては待たされる事があります。時間に余裕のある時に来店する事をお勧めします。
とにかくコストパフォーマンス最高!!
ワンコインでお腹いっぱいになれます。
甘辛い鶏レバーが箸を止めさせません。
オススメトッピングは温玉とキャベツ&キムチ。(あと、みそ汁もオススメ)
お店は不定休なので、開いてたらラッキーです。(一応、月~金曜日が営業日です)

電話予約できないのか、やっぱり人気で30分ぐらいはどこかで時間を潰さないといけません。
ですがやはりこの味は江東区の名物ですよね!

「平日の昼しかやってない」「買い占めが発生する日がある」「そもそも営業時間が短すぎる」など、少しレア度が高そうだったので、開店即入店メソッドを使おうと11:00に店前到着。残念ながら準備中の札がかかっていました。数少ないネット情報では開店11:30情報も散見されたため、時間を潰そうと周辺散策。10分ほど徘徊して戻ってきたら札が営業中になっており、ちゃんと開店していました。
現在はイートインが出来なくなっており、店内に入るとテーブルが撤去され、椅子が待合室のように置いてあります。他に客の姿はありませんが、レジ台の奥では、既に店主が忙しそうに鉄板でレバーを炒めています。
注文しようとカウンター前に立つと「今からだと出来上がりが12時15分ぐらいになります」と告げられました。まさかと思って時計を確認すると、今は11時15分。実に1時間待ち。この10分の間に何があった?という感じですが、すぐに「了解です!」と言うと、お、という感じで手を休め、注文を受けてくれました。
「ぱやよし」のメニューは「純レバ丼」のみ。

店頭の張り紙には番号札云々の但し書きがありますが、イートインが出来なくなっているので、単に口頭でオーダーするだけです。
並、大辛、ネギトッピングをオーダー。それでもワンコイン500円。コレハシビレル。
1時間後、お店に訪れると、他の客の注文品も一斉に店頭に並べられていて、引取を待っていました。そして、営業中の札は準備中に。どうやら売り切れのようです。今日は実質1時間だけの営業時間でした。いつもこんな感じなんですか?と尋ねると、最近は大抵こんな感じ、という返答が返ってきました。ぱやよし、すごいな。
「並」でもちょっとしたボリュームがあり、「4大辛」は麻辣紳士の私でも満足出来たので、通常は「並、3普通」で全然良いと思います。それだとたった400円。そして「ネギ」トッピングのこの量も素晴らしい。
純レバといえば亀戸の「菜苑」(亀戸3-1-8)が有名ですが、北砂の純レバ丼も大変おいしかったです。安いしウマイし、1時間で売り切れるワケだ。
次は「純レバ単品」(350円)を買って酒のつまみにしてみます!ごちそうさまでした!

One hour later, when I visited the store, other customers' orders were lined up at the store all at once, waiting for them to be picked up. And the bills that are open are being prepared. Apparently it's sold out. Today was only one hour of business hours. Is it always like this? Recently, I got a reply saying that it is usually like this. Payayoshi is amazing.
Even "normal" has a little volume, and "4 big spicy" was satisfactory even for me as a Mala gentleman, so I think that "normal, 3 normal" is usually good at all. That's only 400 yen. And this amount of "leek" topping is also wonderful.
Speaking of pure liver, Kameido's "Saien" (3-1-8, Kameido) is famous, but Kitasuna's pure liver bowl was also very delicious. It's cheap, it's delicious, and it sells out in an hour.
Next, I will buy a "pure liver single item" (350 yen) and use it as a snack for sake! Thank you for the meal!
