★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opened later than usual due to local holiday. Staff was very nice. Food was on the light side for breakfast. We decided to get seconds. Price was on point and coffee was delicious! I wish they had sold souvenir mugs or gift items, but they do not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Within the range of Shinjuku Station and the place has good ambience, althoug it gets crowded at the lunch time. One of the place that offers good coffee. Start to come here as a frequent customer from last month for once a week. Mostly i come here to train my ability to understand coffee. I hope i can meet someone who can share knowledge about coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supposedly coffee specialty but too bad it did not meet my expectations. The coffee is too dark-roasted and had sour taste that is not normal acidity that you can find in coffee. Had Paul Bassett in South Korea which is quite different than this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So understaffed that there was no one to tell us where to sit and the woman making coffee had to do two jobs. Later a member of staff stood on my foot because he was too busy to notice me behind him. The coffee was a bit disappointing (bubbles were too big and milk was slightly above room temperature). The sandwiches were pre prepared and so a bit soggy. The pancakes were very good but I was overall disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personally sandwich quality was worse than home made one and portion was small and when i think of here’s food, price is too big.seveneleven sandwich is much better. idk why this place is over rated like this. i won’t come back ever again. so disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG For a chain I am SO impressed! Of course as you would expect from a champion barista the coffee is excellent but what I didn't expect is how good the desserts are and how nice the environment is. Probably the best coffee shop in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a chain, the coffee is quite good. The place is spacious, but loud. It is attached to an Italian restaurant. Reasonable prices for their lunch menu (ends at 14:30). Servers were quick and kind and one of them could speak English.
Located near the west exit of Shinjuku station. Good for a quick coffee fix or bite as they have to go options as well. Not the best place for quiet activities like reading or studying.
