ただ、接客はそっけない感じで流れ作業の処理というような感じ。
非常に残念でした。

接客について指摘されてる方がいますが、私は気にしたことはありません。とっても神経質な方なんでしょうね。
There are lots of very carefully made cakes and the taste is delicious! I often buy it as a small reward. I like seasonal foods because they are delicious.
Some people have pointed out about customer service, but I haven't bothered. You must be a very nervous person.

あまり、換気していないのが気になります。
ケーキはどれも美味しい。カップ形もおすすめ！

せっかく店舗の外観もケーキも可愛らしくしているのに、接客態度のせいで台無しです。改善した方がいいと思います。

妻と、近所のケーキ屋を探しており見つけたため行きましたが、可愛らしい外観とは異なり、機械的でめんどくさそうに、接客され不愉快でした。
妻とも、こんな接客をされたことは初めてでお互いびっくりしてしまいました。
大手チェーンで、アルバイトしている学生店員さんの方がよっぽど愛想も良く、丁寧に梱包もしてくれます。
もう行きません。
