パティスリー・サトの焼き菓子あれこれ。
一番好きなのはガレット。
バターっぷりで、ザクザクなのが嬉しい。
意外と洋菓子と抹茶は合うんですよね。
私の中では甘いドルチェにエスプレッソと
同じ法則になります笑
オレンジピールの入ったパウンドケーキ、
チョコサブレもすごく美味しかったです！
経営者のご夫婦揃ってフランスで本格的に修行、
パティシエとしても活躍されたそうで、
大好きなガレット・デ・ロワの全国大会でも
受賞したほどの腕前だそう。
来年のガレット・デ・ロワはこちらのお店で
買ってみようかな？
最近のガレット・デ・ロワは、
チョコやマロンなど、
バリエーション増えてるから
食べ比べなんてのも楽しそう、、と、
今から来年のお菓子を想像する私。
だからダイエットできないんだよ〜、、(--;)

ル•ショコラのホールが店頭で予約せずに奇跡的に買えました。
こちらのお店のケーキはどれを食べても美味しいですが、個人的にはル•ショコラがいちばん美味しいです。
冬季限定(正月を明けてから確か2月頃)のショコラのテリーヌもかなり美味しいのでオススメします。

I could miraculously buy the Le Chocolat Hall without making a reservation at the store.
The cakes in this shop are delicious no matter what you eat, but personally, Le Chocolat is the most delicious.
We also recommend the chocolate terrine, which is only available in winter (around February after the New Year), as it is quite delicious.
