遅い時間に行くと食べたいケーキがなかったりするので、早めの時間に伺ってます。
 None of the cakes are lost! !! I have visited several times, but all of them are really delicious. I went to some cake shops in this area, but it's the most delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年3月に深川から移転してきたお店だそうです。
シュークリームとプランタニエを購入。
シュークリームは見た目、生地がやや厚めな感じがしましたが食べてみるとサクッと軽い！クリームも甘すぎないのに、食べた満足感があります。
プランタニエもピスタチオとイチゴの相性が抜群。リピートしたいお店が出来たかな。

The cream puff looked, the fabric felt somewhat thicker but it is light and crispy when eating! To cream also not too sweet, there is a sense of satisfaction after eating.
Purantanie also excellent compatibility with pistachio and strawberry. Kana could shop you want to repeat.

薄いしっとりしたスポンジにロールされたホイップクリームは甘さ控えめでミルキー。
フルーツは小さいカットでまだ熟してないのがちょっと残念。
⚫シュークリーム ¥200
皮は厚くてごわごわ系ながら時折しっとり、
ナッツのカリカリ食感と香ばしさ、
卵の風味を感じます。
カスタードは凄く甘く、ほとんど生クリームというほど軽くてふんわり。
⚫ラルーテ ¥470
シャンティはジャージー生クリーム。
シャンティはホイップし過ぎでボソボソ、そして甘過ぎ。
タルトのパイは苦味があって焼きすぎ感があるものの、湿気った食感。
キャラメルクリームもかなりビター。
タルトとクリームの間に何かあるのだけれど、よく分からない。
⚫サブレココ ¥190
サクッとしてるけど柔らかめ。
ココナッツのしゃきしゃき感もあります。
何故かシナモンの香り。
小麦粉の香りも目立つ。
街のケーキ屋さんにしては美味しいと思います。
現金のみ。
お店の女性は穏やかです。

The whipped cream rolled on a thin moist sponge is mildly sweet and milky.

The custard is very sweet and light and fluffy, almost like fresh cream.
⚫ La Rute ¥ 470
Shanti is jersey cream.
Shanti is too whipped, lumpy, and too sweet.
The tart pie has a bitter taste and an overcooked texture, but it has a damp texture.
The caramel cream is also quite bitter.
There's something between the tart and the cream, but I'm not sure.
⚫ Subrecoco ¥ 190
It's crispy but soft.
There is also a coconut crunchy feeling.

ちょっとわかりにくい路地裏にあるケーキ屋さん。
くまサンがかわいい、小さなお店です。
テイクアウトで購入したのは、ラ・フランスのショートケーキ（480円）。
瑞々しくフルーティなラ・フランスの果実感と、程よく軽く甘いクリームの相性がばっちり。
ふんわりとした生地につつまれ、全体的にやさしい美味しさでまとまってます。
人気店なのも納得の美味しさ。
なんで今まで立ち寄らなかったんだろうって、今になって後悔です。
