C	Crf 101 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたま見かけたパティスリー。外観が気になったので入ってみました。全体的に高級感ある店内で、千葉ではあまり見かけないタイプだなと思いました。ケーキも手の込んだものが多い印象で、見た目も綺麗なものが多いです。まあ、価格も普通のケーキ屋より、3割4割高い感じですが(^_^;) 今回はミッドナイトラブを購入、相方はジャスマン。チョコでコーティングされた生地の内側にパッションフルーツのソースが含まれていました。土台のスポンジにはケシの実が沢山はいってます。美味しかったけど好みでは無いかも^^; よく考えると初のお店なのでもう少しスタンダードなの頼んでも良かったかも。次に行く機会があったらスタンダードなものを頼んでみようと思います。再訪問スタンダードなものをと思い今度はショートケーキを購入。相方はエクレア。ショートケーキですがとてもおいしかった！！クリームは甘すぎず、ちょうど良い軽さで、スポンジが滑らかで溶けるような食感でした。 A patisserie that I happened to see.
