★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても丁寧な接客で、見積もりから納車までスムーズに進めることが出来ました。展示されている車や店舗も非常に綺麗で好印象、キッズスペースがあるのもよし。中古と言っても新古にあたるため、半導体不足で新車の納車が遅い今日、質の良い車を手にいれるのには最適かと。

15分で終わりました。
説明もマニュアルを読み上げるだけだったので、紙を渡すだけに変更したら10分以下で可能だと思います。
要望したら5分車検も可能かもしれませんね

事前に電話でご連絡をし、
修理のお願いをしにお店へお伺いしました。
翌日修理業者へ確認してご連絡頂く
という手筈になっておりましたが、
その日から4日間こちらから連絡するまで
1度も連絡はありませんでした。
連絡がない事と、キャンセルをする事を
電話でお伝えし謝罪の言葉とキャンセルの
了解を得たのでこの件については
終わりだと思っておりましたが、
数日後定期点検の予約をしていた為
お店へお伺いすると受付の方に
「本日は1ヶ月点検と修理でよろしいですか？」
と聞かれ、怒りを通り越し呆れてしまいました。
何度も何度も手違いを起こされるほど
管理が出来てない会社なんだなと思いました。
他の方も書かれておりましたが
接客は丁寧だと思います。
ただ、アフターケアは信用出来ません。
車を購入した際の担当者は本当に丁寧で
良い方だっただけに残念でなりません。

価格的には店頭価格プラス40万といったところでしょうか。
見積もりの内容も信用できるような印象はありませんでした
