★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明治通り挟んだ向かい側（江戸川区寄り）の駐車場よりも駐車料金が安い。明治通りは中央分離帯あるが、駐車場入口に信号があり、上り下り両方から利用可能。
トラックとか野球場利用者が多く休日はほぼ満車状態。入庫の行列も時間帯によってはある。しかし駐車場は広いので停められないということはない。357からアプローチの場合、新木場駅寄りにも駐車場あり。こちらの方が比較的空いている。但し、こちらは中央分離帯があって左折入庫しかできない。
The parking fee is cheaper than the parking lot on the opposite side of Meiji-dori (close to Edogawa Ward). Meiji-dori has a median strip, but there is a signal at the entrance of the parking lot, and it can be used from both up and down.
Many trucks and baseball stadium users are almost full on holidays. There is also a warehousing line depending on the time of day. However, the parking lot is large, so it is not impossible to park. When approaching from 357, there is also a parking lot near Shin-Kiba Station. This is relatively vacant. However, there is a median strip here and you can only turn left.
