★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今は当たり前なのかも知れませんが、車の差し替えでレンタルするために(乗用車からバンとか)車を持っていっても預りを拒否されます。
対応は到って迅速で借りる車もほぼ満足のいくものだと思います。
そちらは他のトヨタレンタと変わらないかと。
近くにコインパーキングがあるのでそこに案内されますよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の店舗含めてよく利用しますがトヨレンさんは店長含めて社員の方が良く移動されるので、今まで通じたことが反故されたり、話が通じなくなったり、当たりはずれが大きくなる場合があります。少し顧客の引継ぎはちゃんとしてほしい。
