★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素晴らしい美しさと重厚な、日本古来の石垣を土台に使っているマンションです。
その石垣を利用して、店舗を作っている
「蕎麦切 砥喜和」です。
駐日イタリア大使真向かいに有ります。
余りにも、お洒落で独創的な御城の門からの入店と店内の空間が広く驚く限りです。
今、少し通ってみたいと思います。
お料理のコメントは、次回にします‼️
雰囲気は、贅沢で、純和風ですが、テーブル、カウンター席の和洋混在はニューウェーブで、実用的で素敵ですね。?
昼時に伺いました。
時間的問題があるとは言え、接待が、雑で、揚げ物も、添え物も、多種でお子さまランチ的感じでしたね。(場所柄で、外人向け御膳ですね。?)
そば、つけ汁は、美味しいですが？
残念ですね。

It is directly opposite the Italian Ambassador to Japan.

The atmosphere is luxurious and pure Japanese style, but the mixture of Japanese and Western at the table and counter seats is a new wave, practical and nice. ?
I visited at noon.
Although there was a time problem, the entertainment was sloppy, and the variety of fried foods and side dishes was like a child's lunch. (It's a set for foreigners because of its location. ?)
Soba and soup are delicious, aren't they?
That's a shame.
