★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良い理由は、搬入経路（エレベーター迄も）が管理されている事です。近くの駐車場は直ぐに埋まります、荷降ろし後は直ぐに退車、退場故。 住みたくは無い。

My relatives live on higher floors. From the north side, the Tama River, central Tokyo, Sky Tree and Tokyo Tower can be seen in the distance, and the view is outstanding.
