★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前から行きたいとずっと思っていたミルフィーユ専門店です。レビュー通りパイがサクサクでクリームも程よい甘さでとっても美味しかったです♡予約して伺いましたが10時半にはすでに行列でした。予約はして行った方が確実です。ぜひまた行きたいです♫
 This is a Millefeuille specialty store that I've always wanted to visit. As reviewed, the pie was crispy and the cream was moderately sweet and very delicious ♡ I made a reservation, but it was already in line at 10:30. It is better to make a reservation. I definitely want to go again ♫

店頭で買うという感じではないです。
お味は、反則級の旨さ。
想像を超えていました。本物のパイとは、こういうことを言うのだと…。
よく商品開発されたなぁと思います。
他が追従出来ない領域じゃないでしょうか。
プレーンは中に小さなパイが更に一つ入っていました。
チョコは板チョコも入っていました。
他のメニューも気になります。近くに行かれたら、是非！

長岡駅西側のアーケードにあるParisパイさん。スイーツ百名店にも選ばれるミルフィーユ専門店です。
想像以上にサックサクのパイ生地に、濃厚な天然バニラビーンズの香りはなんとも逸品。素材の味を使ったものは、力強い風味があるんですよね〜。可愛らしい狭いお店ですが、オープンすぐからお客さんがいっぱいなのも頷ける素敵なスイーツのお店ですよ。

Paris Pai in the arcade on the west side of Nagaoka Station. It is a millefeuille specialty store that is also selected as one of the 100 famous sweets stores.
The crispy pie crust is more than you can imagine, and the rich natural vanilla bean scent is truly exquisite. Those that use the taste of the ingredients have a strong flavor, don't they? It's a cute and small shop, but it's a nice sweets shop that you can nod to be full of customers right after it opens.

見た目も可愛らしく、
味もとっても美味しい
話題のミルフィーユのお店です。
数種類頂きましたが、プレーンが1番美味しいです。美味さ圧倒的優勝です。
1日経ってからも食べてみましたが、
やはり出来立てを食べるべきですね。
アップルパイもありますが、
これも絶品です♪
甘酸っぱいので、酸味が苦手な方は
酸っぱさが際立つかもしれません。
大体、午前中に売り切れるので、
買いたい場合は予約をする事、
または時間に余裕を持たれて行く事を
お勧めします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長岡駅を使う際は必ず寄るミルフィーユ屋さん。夏季限定のブルーベリーレアチーズ味がさっぱりしてて非常においしいです。手土産によし、手で持って食べられるので車でそのまま食べて帰るもよし。
A millefeuille shop that you always stop by when using Nagaoka Station. The summer-only blueberry rare cheese taste is refreshing and very delicious. It's a good souvenir, and you can take it with you and eat it, so you can just eat it by car and go home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 注文してすぐに持ち帰ることができると思っていたので、注文が入った分のパイしか作らないというお店の方針に面食らってしまった。
仕組みとしては、注文と支払い（後払いの人もいるようだった）を済ませ、何時頃に出来上がるので、また取りに来てくださいと言われ、名前と時間が書かれた紙を渡される。
ここで注意しなければならないのは、注文している人が多ければ多いだけ、待ち時間も長くなるということだ。
そのため、早めに注文して、その間にどこか（ランチなど）に行くのがいいかもしれない。
作ったものは、ちゃんと冷蔵庫で保管しておいてくれるので、指定された時間を多少過ぎても問題ないと思う。
ミルフィーユはサクサクだし、クリームの種類も豊富でどれもおいしかったので、また買いに行きたくなるほど、お気に入りのお店になった。
I thought I could take it home as soon as I ordered it, so I was overwhelmed by the store's policy of making only the pies that were ordered.

Millefeuille was crispy and the variety of creams was delicious, so it became my favorite shop so much that I wanted to go buy it again.

到着時売り切れだったので店頭で予約をしていただき、2日後に受け取りに行きました。
パイが本当に美味しい！
サクサクでクリームもたっぷり！！
お値段も手頃なのでありがたいです！
お配り用で買ったフロランタンとセサミパイも大好評でした(^o^)
また来年行くのが楽しみです！
