ストレス解消に行ってたはずが、逆にストレスフルになりますね。
練習がキツくて嘔吐する方、練習中に骨折した方もいました。
そういう時の対処、フォロー等は何もありません。全て自己責任です。
The instructor always hears bad things about members who aren't there, daily complaints, and political criticism.
I should have gone to relieve stress, but on the contrary, it becomes stressful.
Some people had difficulty practicing and vomiting, and some had broken bones during the practice.
There is nothing to deal with or follow up in such cases. All are at your own risk.
