別の量販店で洗濯機を購入後、６年と半年を過ぎた頃、ギーギーと騒音が強くなり、出来れば修理したいと思いました。お店へ電話すると、先客終了後？直ぐに様子を見に来てくださって、モーターが寿命とのことでした。（寿命6〜8年）購入を量販店と迷いましたが、時間も取られるし、アレコレ見ても疲れるし（笑）、希望はハッキリしてたので、お願いすることに。当日中に設置して頂けました。他のお客様との兼ね合いも有るでしょうが、忙しい毎日のこと、直ぐに対応して下さって助かりました。私はメーカー名と１０キロ、乾燥機能無しとある程度、希望が決まっていたので、お店に出向くことなく購入を決めれました。ただ、カード支払いが無しなので、現金払いか、振込なのが少し残念でした。でもやっぱり、家電は突然、壊れることが多いので、直ぐに対応して下さる街の電気屋さんは頼りになりますね。気持ち良く対応してくださり、ありがとうございました！
