エアコンの注文時、口頭で話していた商品と、納品時で最上級の商品に確認も無く、されていて、さらにこのエアコンが足元も全然暖かさが違うと言われたが、暖かく無い。
それを伝えても、具体的な説明や、アフターサービスもない。
以前販売店が、エアコンのクリーニングを、サービスしている宣伝を見たことが有るが、する相手を選んでいて、しない人には全くしない。
きちんと平等にアフターサービスして欲しい。
