まずエアコンは基本的に涼しくなかったです。あと新品のミラーレスのEVFにゴミが3回も入るのはおかしいわ。

パナソニックテレビ取扱説明書の最終ページ(66ページ)に記載されている修理窓口で問合せしたところ、最初の見積もり額と担当者によって違ってくることに不信感を覚えています。 我が家のテレビが5日前からちょっと調子が悪いので修理窓口に問合せしたのですが、何とも感じの悪い電話応対に唖然としました!我が家のテレビはデジタル化する少し前に購入したものですが気をつけて扱っているにかかわらず、これほど早く故障とは…修理担当者には消費者を甘く見ないでください。と言いたいです。 これまで父の代から我が家の電気製品はほとんどと言っていいほど”ナショナル”です。♪明るいナショナル、明るいナショナル ラジオ、テレビなんでもナショナル~♪パナソニックに名前が変わってから父が愛した松下幸之助ナショナルは葬られてしまわれたのでしょうか。残念でなりません… 応対の悪さに気持ちが悪くなり、パナソニックはもうあきらめてシャープ(アクオス)または他のメーカーにすべきかをにしようかと考え始めてきました。

Ich habe selten einen so extrem schlechten Kundendienst erlebt, wie ich es von Seiten Panasonic erfahren musste. Ich wollte nur wissen, wie ich einen neuen Objektivdeckel für mein Lumix S Objektiv S-E70200E f2.8 erhalten kann, da ich diesen Decken verloren habe. Zwar wurde ich als Ort des Bezug an Händler verweisen, doch diese haben keine solche Objektivdeckel für das L-Mount Bajonett an Lager. Habe dann mit Panasonic Deutschland Kontakt aufgenommen und diese arroganten Schnösel haben nicht einmal meine eMail gelesen - das kann es wohl nicht sein. Ich habe von Panasonic eine S1H, folgende S PRO Objektive: das 16-35mm, das 24-70mm, das 70-200 f2.8, das 50mm f1.4 -alles inallem ein 5 stelliger Schweizer Franken Betrag - da kann ich einen anderen Support erwarten, als den, den ich von Panasonic Schweiz und Deutschland erhalten habe. Werde wohl meine Lumix-Ausrüstung verkaufen und zu Sony wechseln - ich bin so was von wütend über solch eine Arroganz und Kundenunfreundlichkeit - Schande über PANASONIC. In diesem Sinne keine weiteren Produkte mehr von Panasonic - liebe Grüsse, Andreas Clavadetscher
I have rarely experienced such extremely poor customer service as I experienced from Panasonic. I just wanted to know how to get a new lens cap for my Lumix S lens S-E70200E f2.8 as I lost that cover. Although I was referred to dealers as the place of purchase, they do not have such lens caps for the L-mount bayonet in stock. Then I contacted Panasonic Germany and these arrogant snobbugs didn't even read my email - it can't be. I have an S1H from Panasonic, the following S PRO lenses: the 16-35mm, the 24-70mm, the 70-200 f2.8, the 50mm f1.4 - all in all a 5-digit Swiss franc amount - I can use another one Expect support than the one I received from Panasonic Switzerland and Germany. Will probably sell my Lumix equipment and switch to Sony - I'm so angry about such arrogance and customer unfriendliness - shame on PANASONIC. We had trouble with a Panasonic product but the Company and 2 representatives helped so much to solve the problem. Finally through their very hard inspection it was found out that Panasonic was not responsible for the problem, somehow it was my fault and I accept responsibility for my mistake (Though I still don't know how it happened) However the Panasonic representatives were very nice and kind. I really appreciate this.
