I visit there occasionally because it is within walking distance ? It is useful because the shops that have closed in the neighborhood are still alive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一階にパチンコ屋ってのがそぐわない。後はそこそこだけど店舗は繁盛してるかと言えばそうでもない。地価が高いのかなぁ。
The pachinko parlor on the first floor is not suitable. The rest is decent, but it's not so if the stores are thriving. I wonder if the land price is high.
