キ	キルヒ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 盛岡の老舗町中華。ギョーザと言えばこの店です。先代の店主の頃から30年以上通っています。昔は二階にテーブル席があり、宴会も出来たのですが今はカウンター席のみ。現在は息子さんが２代目として頑張っています。肉汁溢れるニンニク少なめのギョーザは王道の焼きギョーザとチンタンスープかお湯を選べる水ギョーザがあり、変わらぬ美味さです。定食類も充実しており、特に無化調、塩だけで味付けされた優しい味の焼きそばがおススメ。酢やソースなど途中から味変するのも美味しい。なおJAFの会員証を見せると餃子が１個サービスになります。 Chinese food, a long-established town in Morioka. Speaking of gyoza, this is the store. I have been going there for over 30 years since I was the owner of the previous shop. There used to be table seats on the second floor, and banquets were possible, but now there are only counter seats. Currently my son is working hard as the second generation. Gyoza with a little garlic full of gravy has the royal road grilled gyoza and water gyoza where you can choose chintan soup or hot water, and it is the same deliciousness. The set meals are also substantial, and we especially recommend the mild-tasting yakisoba, which is seasoned only with salt. It is also delicious to change the taste of vinegar and sauce from the middle. If you show your JAF membership card, you will get one dumpling service.
S	Satoshi Kikuchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なぜ、この店にレビューがないのか不思議。餃子がここの名物、もう30年以上も味が変わってない。具は非常に甘く大きい。東京の蒲田のぎょうざの名店と比べても遜色ない、むしろ歓迎よりも白乾児のほうが、、、、と思う。 I wonder why there is no review at this store. Gyoza is a specialty here, and its taste has not changed for more than 30 years. The ingredients are very sweet and large. Compared to the famous Gyoza store in Kamata, Tokyo, I think white dried children are more welcome than welcomed.
秀	秀 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビールを《餃子》で飲(ﾔ)るなら、ここ白乾児(ﾊﾟｲｶﾙ)さんですね。（お近くに“じゃじゃ麺”の《白龍：ﾊﾟｲﾛﾝ》さんがあるので、知らない方はどっちがどっち？と迷うかもですね）もちろん、ビールが“マスト”ではございませんが・・・餃子とビールも、出合いの物。相性は抜群ではないでしょうか？餃子は《焼き餃子》も《水餃子》もどちらもイイ感じです。お店のメニューは、餃子以外もあり。どれも美味しいと思います。（まあ、ワタクシはほぼ餃子一択で利用させていただいてました・・・）冷凍の餃子も販売されてますので、持ち帰って自宅で調理も可能です。（すぐに冷凍庫に入れれば、保存していつでも白乾児さんの餃子が楽しめます）今はどうでしょうか？以前は『イオンモール　南盛岡』でも販売されていたので買い求め。冷凍のままを茹でて、自宅で水餃子でいただいてましたね。 If you want to drink beer with "Gyoza" This is Baijiu-san. ぽ	ぽん酢ちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼時にいきました。餃子と半炒飯を注文。半炒飯にはたまごスープがついてきました。パラパラの炒飯は彩りもきれいで美味しかったです。たまごスープもふわっとあったまりました♫ 名物の餃子は、皮がもちっと、お肉はあっさりめの味付けでとっても優しい味でした。優しそうな店主おすすめのつけだれは酢に胡椒をかけるそうです。餃子の餡によく合うたれでした。野菜の旨味が引き立つ、何個でも食べたくなる餃子でした！開店時間は餃子の仕込みの関係で12時〜12時半の間になる事が多いそうです(^^)こちらのじゃじゃ麺も食べてみたいです！ I went at noon. 小	小宮山昭一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019/11/29 盛岡旅行中に、こちらのお店の向いにある白龍（ぱいろん）本店でで食べて、道路向いにある白乾児（パイカル）さんへ。　ネットで検索したら翌土曜日が定休なので、食べておかないと！(笑)。　元々じゃじゃ麺を梯子するつもりで、白龍さんでは小サイズ頼んだので、こちらでは餃子とジャジャ麺を。白乾児（ぱいかる）さんは中国語だとbai gan er。　卵はチータン＝鶏蛋＝ji dan 中国から遠く離れた地で、中国語の発音が活きているのも不思議。。。水餃子6個と焼き餃子3個。餃子は肉汁たっぷりで美味い。　水餃子は小さめの物を想像していたら、焼き餃子と同じ大きさでスープも美味い。　餃子とジャジャ麺でお腹いっぱい。訪問時パートさんが余り慣れていない方だったのかな。　店主が優しい口調で時折指示と言うか注意していました。ああ、きちんとしている店だなぁ～と。パートさん頑張ってくださいね！ 11/29/2019 While on a trip to Morioka, eat at the Hakuryu headquarters across from this shop, and head to Hakurei (Paikar), who is facing the road. The dumplings are full of gravy and delicious. If you are imagining a small boiled dumpling, the soup is delicious and the same size as a grilled dumpling. Full of stomach with dumplings and jaja noodles. I wonder if the part-timer wasn't used to it when he visited. The store owner was careful to say occasional instructions with a gentle tone. p	pipiyopiyo piyo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年6月に訪問。盛岡旅行の主目的がここでした。店の名前に惹かれて…（白乾児　コナン　で検索）。地図で事前リサーチしたときに周囲の地形が面白いことに気づく。訪れてさらにびっくり。２時間サスペンスで出てきそうな小料理屋街の一角にあるお店。雰囲気ばつぐんです。先にじゃじゃ麺を食べたおなかなので、控えめにぎょうざ二種とお酒をいっぱい注文。水餃子のスープがほんのりとした味付けなのが好みでした。そしてなによりつけあわせのつけもの（メニューではない）がじんわりうまい。どしゃぶりに降られた体にしみわたるうまさでした。来た甲斐がありました。 Visited in June 2021. The main purpose of my trip to Morioka was here. I was attracted to the name of the store ... (Search by Baijiu Conan). When I researched on the map in advance, I found that the surrounding terrain was interesting. I was even more surprised to visit. A shop in a corner of a small izakaya district that seems to come out with suspense for 2 hours. The atmosphere is great. I ate Jajamen first, so I ordered two kinds of gyoza and a lot of sake sparingly. I liked the slightly seasoned dumpling soup. And above all, the garnish (not the menu) is delicious. It was a good taste that permeated the body that was dropped by the sucker. It was worth it to come.
