★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 利用申込から利用開始まで、話が二転三転して困惑。入居前診断書出しても保留扱いされたとこはここが初めてです。利用者家族のお金と時間が必要以上にとられました。電話対応は丁寧ですけど、段取りが酷い。
リハビリ施設は広々、マンツーで指導してくれ、スタッフさんも明るく優しいですが
…2F周囲のベランダがウォーキング可能な様に、通路になってますが、そこに部屋から出入りする鍵が壊れたまま。介護スタッフは転倒に殊更気を使って下さいますが、管理者側の安全意識を疑いました。
ある程度、意識も身体も自己管理出来る人向けで、認知、不穏のある人は対応難しそうな印象です。
From the application to the start of use, the story changed and I was confused. This is the first time that I have been put on hold even if I issued a pre-movement diagnosis. The user's family's money and time were taken more than necessary. The telephone correspondence is polite, but the setup is terrible.
The rehabilitation facility is spacious, one-on-one guidance, and the staff are cheerful and kind.
… The veranda around the 2nd floor is a passage so that you can walk, but the key to enter and exit the room is still broken. The long-term care staff is very careful about falling, but I doubted the safety awareness of the manager.
It is for people who can manage their consciousness and body to some extent, and it seems difficult for people with cognition and restlessness.
