今日もスキ焼き用の切り落とし368円/100gを500g買いに来ました すき焼きにすると とても柔らかくてジューシーです
いつもスキ焼きにするか 塩ｺｼｮｳで炒め たっぷりの大根おろしをのせ 醤油をかけて頂きます とても簡単料理ですが絶品で シメのお楽しみもあります
お皿に残った肉汁と大根おろしを 熱いゴハンに かき混ぜ頂くと もう絶品の極みです
今夜は 300gを使いスキ焼きで 明日は残りの200gで大根おろしです 夫婦二人だから十分で 二日連続の豪華メニューです
ホントに たまの庶民の楽しみです いつも安いのばかり買ってご免なさい そしてご馳走さまです そして何時かは 分厚くて霜降の一杯アルのを買いますからぁ❗

I came to buy 500g of cut-off 368 yen / 100g for sukiyaki today. Sukiyaki is very soft and juicy.
Always grill it with salt or stir-fry it with salt and pepper. Put a generous amount of grated daikon radish on it and sprinkle it with soy sauce. It's a very simple dish, but it's excellent and you can enjoy the shimeji.
Stir the gravy and grated daikon radish left on the plate with hot gohan, and it's already exquisite.
Tonight, I'll use 300g and grill it. Tomorrow, I'll grate the daikon radish with the remaining 200g. It's enough for two couples, and it's a luxurious menu for two consecutive days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、牛玉のトラックが一般車を煽り運転されているのを見ました。今回だけならたまたまですが、毎回煽り運転されてますよ。見てて不愉快になります。牛玉のイメージがかなり悪くなりました。肉は美味しくて好きでしたが、あんなトラックの運転手に乗せられてる肉を買っていたのかと思うと悲しいです。それからというもの私は牛玉で肉を購入しなくなりました。一度、店長さんから注意したほうがいいんじゃないでしょうか？イメージ最悪ですよ？

The image of the beef ball has deteriorated considerably. I liked the meat because it was delicious, but I'm sad to think that I was buying the meat that was put on the driver of such a truck.
