m	m e on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約時間通りで待ち時間もほぼなく、早くて安くて丁寧に染めてくれます。スタッフによって扱いが雑で引っ張られたり痛い思いをした事もありますが、仕上がりに変わりありません。一度、途中で体調を崩した時に、素早く対応していただいたスタッフさんにはとても感謝しています。 It is on time, has almost no waiting time, and is fast, cheap and polite. 榎	榎本美春 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店舗は最悪です。星１つも付けたくありませんがこれから利用する方々にご注意申し上げたく口コミを書きます。私の髪の毛の長さは尾てい骨までありますチケットを購入後席まで通された時髪の長さを見て自動洗髪機大丈夫ですか？と質問されました、私は日本ヘアカラー専門株式会社系列の店舗を多く利用しています(First color 西友東陽町店、Beauty Color Plusビーンズ亀有店、Quick Color-Qパサージオ西新井店)自動洗髪機に髪の毛が絡まるという理由でお客から断らせるように誘導されました。日本ヘアカラー専門株式会社系列のお店は２０回以上お世話になりましたがこんな事は初めてです。スタッフさんが自動洗髪機で不安な時は手で髪の毛を洗ってもらった事もあります。それをスタッフさんに伝えても『そうですか』とおっしゃるだけでした。私の印象としては〈自動洗髪機に長い髪の毛を収納する際面倒くさいから断るよう誘導してやれ〉と言う意図が見えました。こんな仕打ちを受けたのは初めてです。予約制で待ち時間もほとんど無く安く髪の毛を染められるので毎月行けるという利点が多いのにとても残念です。もっとプロ意識を持ちお客様を大切にして欲しいです。 This store is the worst.
