とても丁寧に作られているのが伝わる深い味でした。表面のコーティング部と本体の層になっている生地のそれぞれのハーモニーが素晴らしかったです。
フランボワーズも爽やかな果実味と濃厚なチョコレートが調和していました。

誕生日ケーキを買いに、初めてこのお店へ行きました。
買ったのはこの3つのケーキ。
どれも500円いかない！(確か高くても450円位かな)
◯チョコレートのケーキ
中がオレンジのチョコムースたっぷり。
チョコは甘すぎずしっぽりビターな感じ。
大人っぽいオレンジピールのチョコが大好きな私にとってはドストライクなお味でした。
しかも！見えないですが下地はクッキー生地！サクサクしっとりで嬉しくなりました。
◯ラフランスのタルト
果肉の量が凄いです。果物を食べているみたい。
下のタルトも凄く美味しい。サクサク食感が絶妙でした♡
◯みかんのチーズタルト
これも果肉の量が凄いです。本当にみずみずしいしい果物を選んでいらっしゃいます。
そしてチーズタルトとの相性が抜群すぎる…！チーズのしっかりした味とみかんの程よい酸味がもうたまらないです。
どれを食べても美味しい。
大勢でワイワイ、よりも大事な人とゆっくり美味しくケーキを味わいたい時に
最高のお店だと思います。
また行きます♡

既にショーケースはがらんとしており(直前までケーキが置いてあったた痕跡は有り)平日でも早めに伺った方が良いようです。
▽桃のタルト ¥450
インパクトのあるフォルムです。
ジュワッと甘い桃とザクザクのタルトが美味しいです。
▽オレンジチーズタルト ¥360
オレンジ風味のチーズクリームが爽やかで美味しいです。
どちらのケーキも甘すぎず、果実の味を引き立たせていました。
