★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生はお歳のせいか記憶力が悪く前回の話を覚えていないことが何度か。
受付の態度は電話対応が最悪です。
電話するたびにころころ変わる内容。
薬だけなら予約いらない→予約しなきゃだめ
再確認の電話して良かったと思いました。
あと後ろで(こちらの会話を聞いてるような反応)笑い声がしたり(診療時間外に折り返しの電話があった)、口調がバカにした感じだったりと不快でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長の態度が嘘みたいに悪かった。下に見られてる感じすごいしなんだか上から目線でものを言われます。私だけでなく両親も｢おや？｣と思ったそうな。
まあもうこの病院には行きません^^
The director's attitude was as bad as a lie. It feels like you're looking at the bottom, and it's kind of said from the top. Not only me but my parents thought "Oh?"
Well I won't go to this hospital anymore ^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リマインダー日を間違えて連絡してくる。確認し折り返し電話するも１５分保留で放置。再度電話するも繋がらない。看護師にクレーム入れるも無反応。何か勘違いされているのでは？
、スタッフが最低。
I will contact you with the wrong reminder date. I confirmed and called back, but left it on hold for 15 minutes. I called again but it didn't connect. I made a complaint to the nurse, but there was no response. Is something wrong?

予約していたにも関わらず車内で3時間待ち。順番も教えてもらえず、とにかく駐車場でお待ち下さいの一点張り。
こんなにひどい病院は初めてです。
ホームページではPCR検査をやっていると書いてありますが、お願いすると「意味がないのでやらない」と言われました。
風薬の処方のみ。
この病院だけは行かないほうがいいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナワクチン一般受入可としてワクチン入手しているが、患者ID入力しないとワクチン接種画面出て来ません。IDあっても通院履歴が古いと選別されるようでアクセス出来てもずっと予約画面出て来ませんでした。ようやく表示される頃には予約埋まってました。
I have obtained the vaccine as a general acceptance of the corona vaccine, but the vaccination screen does not appear unless I enter the patient ID. Even if I had an ID, it seemed to be sorted out if the hospital visit history was old, and even if I could access it, the reservation screen did not appear all the time. By the time it was finally displayed, the reservation was full.

凄く嫌な気分になった。
星ひとつもつけたくない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子どもが大泣きしながらも、対応してくれた看護師さんは最後に手を振ってくれたり気にかけてくださる方がいました。
しかし別日、電話に出られた若い方は…忙しいのでしょうね。
HPにはweb予約も、電話でも対応と書いてあります。なのに早々に「(冷めた声で)web予約してもらってるんですがそちらは確認してますか？」
分からない事があって予約する前に電話しただけなのにすごくイラッとする対応でした(^^)
広い待合室で開放感も清潔感もありますが…かかりつけにはしません。
