When I asked the breakdown of the charge, it was offered for 48 hours, so when I asked if the charge would be in units of 24 hours, it explained that it was divided into 6 hours, 12 hours, and 24 hours. When I pointed out that attitude, the person in charge apologized, but when I apologized, I said "I'm sorry" and extended the ending with a stick reading. Excuse me when I hang up the phone. I hung up the phone from the other side without a word, which was the worst reception for a customer business. Even if the equipment and fees are better than those of other companies, I don't want to spend even one yen on a company that has employees who have this attitude, so I will not use it in the future. I have used it once, and it was good at that time, but I will make this evaluation based on the customer service attitude of one male employee who called after the tentative reservation this time.

I always use it for car repairs. It is very helpful to have a substitute car prepared promptly. It's also cheap enough to be the cheapest car rental shop in Osaka!
