特に娘が部活でよく怪我をするようになったのがきっかけで、大会前や疲労が溜まった時にスポーツマッサージをやってもらってます。
怪我の状態や家でのストレッチの仕方、テーピングの仕方を丁寧に教えていただき自分でも自宅でケアをするようになりました！！
先生も接しやすく施術も丁寧にやって貰えるので是非オススメです。
