店員さんも親切。

クリスマスラッピング袋に入れて渡されそのまま手渡し。驚いたのは衣服‼️コート、ズボン、Tシャツとコーディネート考慮して選んだ物をビニール袋に3点(コート、ズボン、Tシャツ)ぎゅうづめにしてまるでゴミだしのような状態それをクリスマス袋に、、、､?
それぞれが特価品でもなく一山いくらの品でもないのに目の前で相手先に開けてもらって心底驚き情けなかった。
2度とこの店には行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アリオ橋本２階奥にあり、前にお子さんを遊ばせるスペースがあり、ママさんたちがゆっくりできるスペースになってます。赤ちゃんホンポは新生児〜幼稚園に入る位の子供用品すべて揃ってます。ベビーベッド、ベビーカー、布団、イス、紙おむつ、ミルク、離乳食、おもちゃ、靴、下着、洋服、ポイントもつくし、値段も安く品質良いです。赤ちゃん休憩室もあり、オムツ変え、授乳、体重測定もできとても便利です。店内にはアンパンマンのカートがあり、子供達もご機嫌でショッピングできます

レジでの出来事。
買ったものを子供が手に持ちたいのでシールを貼るのをお願いしたところ、面倒臭そうに貼っていただけました。
子供に手渡しどころか、商品を投げる始末。
おつりも5センチ上くらいから落とされる感じ。
仕事の終わり間際だったんですかね。
それにしても対応がひどいなぁと思いました。
でも、店の品揃えは豊富だったので、星３。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広くてセールも頻繁なので、とても使いやすいです。いろいろな商品があって助かります！店員さんが親切なのが印象的。ここで離乳食を買って、１階のフードコートで食べさせたり、隣のママスマイルで食べさせたりできるので赤ちゃん連れにありがたいです。なので、休日は結構混んでます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初に訪問した時はとても感じの良い方にレジの対応をして頂けましたが、2回目に訪問した時はレジの方の対応がすごく事務的で冷たく、感じが悪かったです。
アプリクーポンを出したら先に会員証お願いします、的なことを冷たく言われて、その後の対応もすごく感じ悪かったです。
時間勝負でテキパキ仕事ができる方なのだと思いますが、お客さん相手であの対応はどうなのかなと。比較的年齢が上の方の方が温かい対応をして下さる印象です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八王子店と橋本店どちらも見に行きましたが、橋本店のほうがベビーカーは商品数が多いように見えます。抱っこひもは八王子店のほうが多いかな？
ベビーカー売り場の女性がとても感じがよく、こちらが気になる点を説明してくださったり、心ゆくまで展示品を見せてくださいました。
抱っこひもについてもお聞きしたいと申し出たところ、担当の男性に引き継いでくださり、その方も丁寧に説明してくださりとても印象がよかったです。
電話で商品の取り置きを一度依頼し、購入特典について聞いたところ、すでに在庫がないことまで教えてくださいました。
こちらとしては特典が近隣店舗でいただけるか確認してからにしたい、というわがままをお伝えしてしまったのですが、それに対しても快く対応してくださいました。

またベビー用品を購入する際には利用したいと思います。
