H	Hadano香草 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日は「良辨（ロウベン）」にやって来ました。(^O^)／伊勢原の美味しい和菓子屋さんということを耳にしたので訪問してみました。和菓子の老舗店と言った感じの店構えは風格を感じます。店内に入ると、「いらっしゃいませ」と物腰の柔らかい女将さん？が優しい笑顔で迎えてくれました。大きなショーケースの中には和菓子が並んでいましたが、箱売りが目立ち1個売りを探すと2種類ほど目に止まりチョイスしてみました。「大山まんじゅう（1個）　85円」は、定番のようでふわふわの皮がまるで大きな気泡の入ったカステラのようです。中には上品で舌触りの良いこし餡が入っていて甘さ控えめなのでいくつでも食べられそうです。「あふり嶺　140円」は、大山まんじゅうとは反対に皮がカリッとしていてアクセントに小さなくるみがひとつポツンと載っています。中の餡は小豆のつぶ餡で小豆の皮の食感が心地よく甘さ控えめな所がコクを引き出されているようでとても上品な一品で美味しいです。訪問日：2018.05.10 Today, I came to "Rouben". 箸	箸シロ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大山阿夫利神社に参拝しに行きました。お土産を買いに寄った、饅頭屋さんです。お土産屋さんにも卸して無いし、ネットでも売らないそうです。お母さんが胸を張って言ってました。皮はモチモチ、餡はあまり甘く無くて、ほんの少し塩が感じられる美味しい饅頭だと思います。饅頭の美味しい店は、いっぱい有ると思いますが、ポリシーが面白いし、此処のお店でしか買えないのが、今時、凄いと思い紹介しました。追伸、買って2日目の饅頭は、皮のモチモチ感が無い饅頭になりました。でも、モチモチ感が無くなったそれは、饅頭とはこういう物ですと、教えて貰った感じがした。すぐに食べなさいと。 I went to visit Oyama Afuri Shrine.
