問診票がないので驚きましたが、すいているし診察は丁寧で、助かりました。
近くに薬局がないので、千川駅方面に少し移動して薬局を探す必要があります。
 While there are many closed hospitals on Thursday, this is only in the morning but you will see.
I was surprised that there was no medical questionnaire, but I was relieved and the examination was polite and helpful.
There is no pharmacy nearby, so we need to move a little towards Senkawa Station to find a pharmacy.
