久しぶりに行きました。馬頭産の蕎麦粉の蕎麦が美味しかったです。田舎そばを十割であんなに滑らかに作れるなんでご主人の腕ですね。 ご主人も店員さんもマスクをしていなかったので、感染対策は気になりました。 ご店主の人柄はとても良い感じです。出して頂いたダッタンそば茶がとても美味しかった。

美味しかったです。塩で食べると蕎麦の香りが口の中に広がります。塩は特別な蕎麦に合わせて吟味した高級な塩です。50㌘有るかな?って思うサイズで小瓶です。大盛りにすると蕎麦の合盛りで産地の違う味が楽しめますよ。 今回は日光産と南那須烏山産とでした。右側に白っぽいのが日光産です。 写真を見ると分かりますよ。

お話し好きできさくなご主人が経営されている十割そばのお店。小麦粉を食べないグルテンフリー生活をしている私には十割そばはとってもありがたい存在。十割そばといっても、ぱさぱさしているわけではなくここのお蕎麦はとっても美味。栃木ならではのちたけ蕎麦もここの名物。私はよくこれを頼んでしまいます。地元のそば粉を使ったお蕎麦は塩でいただくのもまた美味です。限定30食のセットもおすすめ。

店主こだわりのそば粉を使って打つ麺は喉ごしがよくあっという間に完食してしまいます。男性は大盛を頼んだ方がいいですよ。今日は長野産のそば粉で打ったお蕎麦が最高に美味しかったです。

左カーブの左側に店舗があり入るのも出るのも⚠️です 初めての人には食べ方から説明がありますが会津山塩が高い高いと言われますよ(笑) 蕎麦の香りが感じられなかったのは俺だけなのかな? そばつゆは市販の既製品を使っていて、とても職人とは呼べませんね。 10割そばとうたってる割にはガラガラでお客様は良く見てると言うことですね。

こんなところにお蕎麦屋さん?っていう位ひっそりと佇んでます。表側は駐車場2台分ですが、奥にもありました。ひかりそばと鴨汁そばを頂きました。まず驚いたのが、そばが産地違いで2種類盛られて出てきまして、お塩で召し上がって下さい、とのことでお塩で。そばの風味をしっかり感じて、とても美味しかったです。ひかりそばの辛めのおろしがとても美味しくて、横からかすめ取るように食べてました。何よりもお蕎麦を打ってる店主と接客の息子さんですかね、人柄と気遣いがとても良くて、居心地もいいお蕎麦本来の味を味わうのにピッタリの素敵なお店でした。

地元産の高根沢産となかなか無い馬頭産のそば粉を使用している。 汁は私好みでした。 国道4号から奥に入って目立たない場所にありますが人気店でそんなに広くない事もあり混んでいたりするようです。 美味しく食しました?
