★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 立地は良いと感じると思いますが、物流ルートが競合するようで好ましくないように思えます。一方はコンビニエンスストア関係、もう一方は運送関係なので方向性は違う感じですが、ルートの競合は避けて欲しかったと思います。
I think the location is good, but the logistics routes seem to be competing and seem to be unfavorable. One is convenience store-related and the other is transportation-related, so the direction is different, but I think we wanted to avoid route conflicts.
