正	正義の味方「悪人退治」 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一年点検もここでやったので、車検の見積もりについて電話したが、あいにくいつもの担当者は異動してした。それでも予約しようと電話に出た若い男の店員に用件を伝えたが、名前を何かを話す都度聞かれ、しかも3回目は名前を間違えた。それでも我慢し、予約を頼もうとすると「失礼ですがお名前を」と4回目を聞かれ、客をバカにしていると怒りを覚え電話を切った。すぐにかけ直して事情を説明し、店長につなげてほしいと頼んだが、散々待たせた挙句に電話中で出られないとのことで、ことの顛末をこの電話に出た人に話して対応がひどいとクレームを入れた。 5分くらいして店長から電話があったが、事情も確認していないのか詫びもせず、車検見積もりの予約でしたかね?というのを聞いて、もうこの店には行かないと怒りを覚えた。こんなひどい店は日産ディーラーの恥です。 I also did a one-year inspection here, so I called for a quote for the vehicle inspection, but the person in charge of the difficult one was transferred. Even so, I told the young man's clerk who answered the phone to make a reservation, but Every time I spoke something, I was asked, and the third time I made a mistake. Even so, I put up with it, and when I tried to make a reservation, I was asked the fourth time, "I'm sorry, but your name." I got angry and hung up when I was making a fool of the customer. I immediately called back to explain the situation and asked the store manager to connect to me, but I was told that I could not answer the phone after waiting so long, so I told the person who answered this phone the details and responded. I made a terrible complaint. About 5 minutes later, the store manager called me, but I didn't apologize for not confirming the circumstances, and when I heard that I had made a reservation for a car inspection quote, I was angry that I had to go to this store anymore. .. Such a terrible store is a shame for Nissan dealers.
