J	JIRO TAKU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 休日のお昼に来店しました。お店はヒルズプレミアムモールの一番奥のお店です。マスターと女性従業員2名の3名でお店を切り盛りしていました。食券でメニューを選んで、カウンター席に座りました。辛いラーメンが食べたかったので、看板商品のかぐやラーメンではなく「赤姫ラーメン」を注文しました。鶏白湯にピリ辛のトマトソースが入ったスープに麺がしっかり絡んで美味しく頂くことができました。パルメザンチーズが溶けるとイタリアンパスタを食べている感じになり、味の変化も楽しむことができました。 I came to the store at noon on a holiday. み	みーたす on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しじみだしのかぐや醤油(太麺)を頂きました！スープも麺もチャーシューも穂先メンマも三つ葉も全て美味しかったです！今年食べたラーメンの中でもベスト3に入る美味しさで、偶然見つけたお店だったけど幸せなひとときでした♪♪ お店の中にかやぶきが有って、オシャレでキレイなお店でした。店員さんも優しかったし、必ずまた伺います☺️ I got Shijimi Dashi Kaguya soy sauce (thick noodles)! The soup, noodles, char siu, tip menma, and trefoil were all delicious! It was one of the best 3 ramen I ate this year, and I happened to find it, but it was a happy time ♪♪ There was a thatched roof in the shop, and it was a fashionable and beautiful shop. み	みー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人が美味いと言うので来店スープの口当たりは軽く普段濃いものばっかりの胃に染みる染みる麺との噛み合わせもよく1滴残さず完食月一程度で行かせていただいてますが毎回何かしらの限定メニューがありかなり研究しているんだなと言う印象駐車場が少し狭く初見時は入りにくいかもしれませんがそれに見合った味と出会えると思います個人的おすすめポイントはスープもですがメンマの存在感ですね I came to the store because my friend said it was delicious The taste of the soup is light and it stains the stomach, which is usually only dark.
