う	うにサバ夫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 常陸秋そばでも食べるかという、ザックリさで訪問。大きな公園の隣にあるお店でした。お店はきれい。お店の人は感じよく、メニューもなかなか豊富。一品料理から、お蕎麦の種類、天ぷらメニュー(野菜天はもとより、蓮根天や霞ヶ浦の白魚入りかき揚げなど)もあれこれ、カフェ顔負けのスイーツメニューも。けっこう迷う。お蕎麦をゆっくり待ちつつ、板わさも出来るお店ですね。待つだけのお蕎麦が食べられます。お蕎麦は太めで腰が強いタイプ。が、喉ごしはけっこうツルツル。透明感も感じられました。つゆは、濃いめなので、お蕎麦にちょろっとだけつけて。腰があるので食べごたえある。天ぷらはサクサク系。沢庵は自家製の味。常陸野ネストビールも置いてあるみたいです。フレイバーが柚子やみかんなどのものもあり、普段、ビールを飲まない女性でもなかなかおいしく飲めるビールです。かき揚げなどともあうかも。ドライバーは飲めま…せん。お手洗いもきれいでした。(重要) 次回は白魚のかき揚げとか、蓮根の天ぷら(単品)あたりチャレンジですね。あと、ハチミツプリンなど。 I visited with a crispness to eat even Hitachi Aki Soba.
