We have obtained organic JAS certification, and we mainly cultivate mushrooms such as "nameko" and organic agricultural products such as "Gozen ginseng" which is one of the Koriyama brand vegetables.
He is also an organic farmer working on CSA (Community Supported Agriculture), which is one of the few in Fukushima Prefecture, to create a sustainable community through food.
