30年も前ですが、この公園の近くに住んでましたので、とても懐かしかったです。

ネット上で1組大人4名3時間までなら無料BBQができるとの事で、事務所にも電話にて確認をとり10時から受け付け可能との事で来訪。事務所で無事受け付けを終え、車から重い荷物を運び、いざ指定の場所へ。そこは屋根があり、テーブル椅子が設置されているが、既に公園利用者で埋まっていた。結果的にそういった場合はBBQ利用できないと言われ、時間と労力の無駄となった。管理者は定期的に見回り、その時はテーブルが空いていたので、受け付けをしたとの事。今後利用する際は、テーブルを確保してから受け付けをした方がよいと思われる。

バーベキューがスペースがありバーベキューもできる(管理事務所で受付)
だが夜間は暗く寂しいので日のあるうちの利用が良い。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ジョギングで訪れることは何度かあったが、全体的に老朽化というか古ぼけてきた感じは拭えない。確か昔は結構ワイルドな遊具があった気がするが、ずいぶん前に経年劣化で入れ換えられたようだ。広場というか、トラックのあるところ以外にもジョギングコースがあり、テニスコート、野球場も併設、夏季にはプールも開かれるようでスポーツ公園的な位置付けといっても過言ではないが、なぜか健康的になれる気がしないのは気のせいか?。2021年4月27日より駐車場は一時閉鎖されている。
I've visited there several times by jogging, but I can't help but feel that it's aging or old. I think there used to be quite wild playsets in the past, but it seems that they were replaced a long time ago due to deterioration over time. It is not an exaggeration to say that it is positioned as a sports park, as it has a jogging course other than a plaza or a track, a tennis court, a baseball field, and a pool in the summer, but it is healthy for some reason. Maybe it's because I don't feel like being a target ?. The parking lot has been temporarily closed since April 27, 2021.

The parks around here are dense and overgrown with trees and are not popular, so you can enjoy nature more than Mt. Takao.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 多摩ニュータウン地区のなかではかなり大きな公園だと思います。大小の芝生広場、プール、野球場、テニスコート、ランニングコースが整備されています。
春夏秋冬、様々な野鳥も集まり、散歩コースとしてもなかなか良い所。

In spring, summer, autumn and winter, various wild birds gather and it is a good place for a walk.
