そもそも地域的に、業者同士がカルテルを形成し、競争が生まれない事が大問題なのだが、それを加味してもこの井上商事は地域最低と言ってもいいだろう。
非常に接客が悪い上に、入居時にあるべき備品が足りていないなど、問題点を上げればキリがない。特に接客は、学生相手だからとタメ口で接し、非常に舐めた態度を取るため用心してほしい。
地方出身学生の保護者の方で、安心できる不動産屋を探している場合、本当にこの井上商事はやめた方がいい。

就業時間外にも関わらず、自分の携帯の連絡先を教えてくださった白石さんには、本当に感謝しかありません。
地方からのアパート探しは、不安が付き物ですが、皆さん親切に対応していただきました。
また、インターネット、ライフラインの手続きなど、zoomを使い丁寧に関わっていただき、感謝しかありません。
これからの4年間の大学生活を開始することが白石さんのおかげでスムーズにおこなえました。
