★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大津市民会館から道を挟んだところにあり、しかも車の往来が結構ある道で、かつ、カーブの差し掛かりのところなので、場合に依っては駐車場からの横断者が車からは見えにくいので、横断の際にはかなり気をつけなければなりません。
琵琶湖ホテルのプールの下にあるので、夏場は暑くならなくて重宝します。
しかし、屋内なのに照明が少ないので昼間でも暗いです。
また、大雨になるとどこからか雨水が滝のごとく降り注ぐこともあります。
不法駐車が多いのか、結構公演などなくても満車状態が多いです。

It's located under the pool of the Lake Biwa Hotel, so it's useful in the summer because it doesn't get hot.
However, even though it is indoors, it is dark even in the daytime because there is little lighting.
Also, when it rains heavily, rainwater may fall from somewhere like a waterfall.
Perhaps there are many illegal parkings, there are many full cars even if there are not many performances.
