★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場は広めで24時間開放。トイレも水道も24時間つかえます。隣接したテニスコートがあります。バイクツーリングで勝手にテント泊なんかも芝があるのでいけるかも。
The parking lot is wide and open 24 hours. You can use the toilet and tap water 24 hours a day. There is an adjacent tennis court. It may be possible to go for a tent overnight without a turf by bike touring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場はテニスコート横のようです。展望台の方にも広場らしきものはあるようですが…？なお、裏の通りの駐車場からはこちらには渡れません。
展望台や休憩所、ベンチなどあり眺めもよくウォーキング向けですが、横に長く移動はたいへん。日陰も少なく下がアスファルトなので夏場は少し辛かったです。
展望台の見晴らしは上々でした。通りすがりにこれらの建物を見て寄ってみようかと思った方のために、展望台付近にもちゃんとした駐車場があったらいいですね。
The parking lot seems to be next to the tennis court. There seems to be something like an open space on the observatory side...? In addition, we cannot cross here from the parking lot on the back street.
There are an observatory, a rest area, benches, etc. There are plenty of views and it is for walking, but it is hard to move horizontally. There was little shade and the bottom was asphalt, so it was a bit tough in the summer.
The view of the observatory was excellent. For those of you who are thinking about visiting these buildings as you pass by, I hope there is a proper parking lot near the observatory.
