 Visited after a long time. I was worried that it was old, but ... I'm glad that the seats and the stage were close to each other!

複数のグループが集まっていました。向かいの角に無料の駐車場があるので便利です！

The small hall is easy to use even during rehearsals, and I am indebted to it. Booked on the same day half a year ago.

ＪＲ大津駅から琵琶湖に向かって 真っ直ぐ 歩いて行ける距離
訪れた日は カルチャーグループのレッスンだったのか (コロナ対策でdoorが全開の分 )
心が洗われるような歌声がホールに満ちて聞き入ってしまった
コロナ禍 コンサート等はキャンセルがあったが イベント等 少しずつ再開
建物裏側に駐車場有り
目の前は琵琶湖ホテル
直ぐ琵琶湖！
建物側面より階段で2階にお茶場所有り

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年に1度は講習会の受講の為に利用します。専用の駐車場は少し離れた場所に約６０台停められます。建物もやや年期が入っておりホール入口のロビーは最近の施設と比較すると照明の薄暗さや窮屈さは歪めない。トイレの個室の数は僅かでも増設したほうが利用者に優しいのでは。
It is used once a year to attend the seminar. About 60 cars can be parked in the private parking lot at a distance. The building is a little old and the lobby at the entrance of the hall does not distort the dimness and cramped lighting compared to recent facilities. It would be more user-friendly to add even a small number of private toilet rooms.

三階部分を使用していますので、見晴らしも良く、風通しもいいので、ダンスのステｰジとしては、良好で最高てすよ！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 琵琶湖畔にありロケーションは最高です。駐車場は狭いですが開館中は無料で使用できます。大ホールはちょうど良い広さで音響も十分です。
Located on the shores of Lake Biwa, the location is excellent. The parking lot is small, but you can use it free of charge while it is open. The large hall is just the right size and has enough sound.

だが、トイレに問題点が多い。
男性用ですけど和式が3、洋式は1、とても良いとは言えない。
古い建物だが、是非改善して欲しい。
演奏会が終わり、退場時1階の出口を開けて欲しい。
It is a hall for citizens and is often used.
